Check List for clubs

1. · Names & DOB match ID (any changes need to be flagged when you are requesting approvals)
2. · We can accept a shorten variation of first name example Benjamin – Ben , Alison – Ali the surname must be what appears on birth cert or passport
3. · Passports & Birth certs are the only documentation excepted as proof of age please ensure these are uploaded and legible.
4. · Photo’s
5. · Photo’s must be in focus we cannot accept images that are unclear.
6. · Mini’s DO NOT need to upload image.

· DO’s…….

1. · Do use a white/clear background.
2. · Do take a head shot/passport style photo – mobile phone is sufficient to use for this.
3. · Do get head and shoulders in shot – full body shot not suitable.
4. · Do make sure child is looking straight ahead.

· DON’T’S…….

1. · Do not upload the child’s passport here - not acceptable just because there is a photo on it
2. · Do not take a photo of the photo on passport - also not acceptable.
3. · Do not use a photo where your child is in a group shot or an activity photo.
4. · Do not upload sideways/upside down shots.
5. · Do not use a baby/old photo.
6. · No cap/hat/scarf/mask in photo.
